Our story
Built by a creator,
for creators.
Prasutagus exists because the tools that were supposed to make content creation easier were actually making it harder. This is the story of why we built something different.

How Prasutagus started
I've been building digital products for years — ebooks, spreadsheet templates, prompt packs, Notion dashboards. The market is genuinely exciting. Creators with real knowledge are turning it into real income, without warehouses, without stock, without a team.
But somewhere along the way, the toolstack became the job. I was paying for ChatGPT, a design tool, a research tool, an image generator, and a video creator — five separate subscriptions, five different interfaces, and a mental overhead tax every time I wanted to actually make something. I'd spend forty minutes context-switching before I'd produced a single page of content.
I started building Prasutagus to solve my own problem. The premise was simple: if you know what product you want to create, every tool you need should be available in one place, without requiring you to become a prompt engineer first.
We're still building. But the foundation is real, the direction is clear, and every decision gets made by asking: "Does this help a creator ship a finished product faster?" If the answer isn't yes, we don't build it.
"Every creator deserves the same finishing power that used to take a five-tool stack — without the five-tool bill."
Why we built Prasutagus
The tool-switching tax is real
Context-switching between five tools doesn't just cost money — it costs momentum. The best ideas stall in the gap between "I want to make this" and "which app do I open?" We built Prasutagus so that gap disappears.
Prompts aren't products
Most AI tools hand you a blank chat window and call that "creation". We think the platform should understand what you're trying to make — an ebook, a spreadsheet, a prompt pack — and give you purpose-built tools to get there, not just a general-purpose chatbot.
Creators deserve better margins
A creator paying $20/mo for ChatGPT, $15 for Canva, $12 for a video tool, and $10 for a research tool is spending $57/mo before they've made a single product. Prasutagus costs less than that, covers all of it, and pays for itself with one sale.
The team
Right now, Prasutagus is a small, focused team. We're building deliberately — hiring slowly, shipping carefully, and keeping the product lean. Every decision is made by someone who has personally tried to sell a digital product.

"Built by a creator" isn't just a tagline
The digital products market moves fast. What sells on Etsy this quarter is different from what sold last year. The tools that seemed essential eighteen months ago are being replaced. The creators winning right now are the ones who can research a trend, ship a product, and iterate — without burning out on tooling.
Prasutagus is built by someone who has done all of that, made the mistakes, and designed a platform to avoid the same friction for everyone who comes after. We're not a VC-backed company optimising for growth metrics. We're a product built to be genuinely useful to the people using it.
If something doesn't work well, we want to know. If a feature would save you an hour a week, tell us. We read every message at hello@prasutagus.com and the roadmap is shaped by real creator feedback.
